Cancel your subscription

You cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal (your personal billing management page).

How to cancel

1. While signed in to the app, open the Profile → Subscription tab.
2. On the screen showing your active plan, click the "View/change subscription details" button.
3. You'll be taken to the Stripe customer portal. Choose "Cancel plan" (or the equivalent option) for the plan you want to cancel, and follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

Canceling does not end access immediately — you can keep using the app until the end of the period you've already paid for. The subscription simply won't renew after that.

After canceling

• You can check your subscription's end date and cancellation status on the Profile → Subscription tab.
• If you want to use the app again after the period ends, you can resubscribe from "Start your subscription".

caution

If you have subscriptions to both Torai and Aqila, the customer portal may show both. Double-check the plan name so you cancel the right one.
